Button Quail Eggs (UPDATE, Pics added)

Have removed the turner and they are laying in egg cartons waiting to hatch. Any suggestions on hatching or brooding or feeding would be much appreciated.

Well, I guess no one likes buttons huh??? I will post pictures when they hatch and you will change your mind! lol.

I know nothing about them. In VA you have to have a permit to raise them I think.

I hope you have a great hatch though.
 
I don't know anything either, I do know a few people on the forum have hatched them. Good luck. What is the incubation period? It must be nice and short if they're out of the turner all ready.
 
From what I understand, most hatch on day 16, today is day 15. So keep your fingers crossed.

I woke up to one baby running around in there this morning and several more rocking and rolling. I have set up the brooder and have the one little one in there. I read that you are suppose to get them to food and water within a few hours of hatching and this one was pretty dry already when I woke up. Wish me luck. Will update later.

That is sooo cool!
I'm hoping to try my luck with some button quail eggs later this summer. Looking forward to seeing some pics of your new babes!
