I've had my beautiful button quail Taquito since he was born last year. He's always so laid back and falls asleep when I hold him and cries when I'm gone. Ever since he was hatched his right eye has always watered. At first I thought it was allergies, but none of the others had it. I thought it would go away but he's had it for a year. He always closes it and I clean it once a week. Why does this happen?
He's always been a strange one. He is the one that hatched last and couldn't walk for a week after he hatched. He doesn't mate either. I have him in a large cage with 2 other button quail (totally unrelated) and I've been incubating their eggs and they're always empty. He's not territorial at ALL and doesn't fight like my other males do. But I guess that would be a good thing
