button quail hatch problems

i have had succesfull hatch in the past almost 90% hatch rate but this last hatch i only had 1 hatch and 11 eggs didnt but had babys in them. i did move the quail from inside to outside might that have affected the fertility? i would like some advice. and i have had the temp at 100 degrees and the humidity at 65 the whole time on every hatch and have not had an issue for the last hatches.
