Button Quail hatching from narrow end?!

We have been incubating eggs for a while but one just started pipping but it is hatching from the narrow end? This hasn't happened before and most of the time when we help chicks out of eggs they die. We have only tried helping chicks out of the egg twice. We are always to late and they are already dead. She just pipped and we don't know if we should help her out?

I had that exact thing happen with my buttons. The chick was able to zip, but the opening was still too small, so once he was pushing I assisted him.

Should I help him now? We did help crack around a little. Is there anything we should do?

Yes she has started zipping. She started last night and we helped this morning
