Button Quail Hatching! *PICS*

TODAY is day 18 and they are FINALLY hatching! I ordered 100 eggs off ebay and so fare have 22 chicks. Here are some pictures! Any ideas what colors?

Yeah,. the pic is too washed-out to tell what colors they are. What on earth are you going to do with 100 buttons? Granted, I know not all of them will hatch, but you should get at least half. They are small, but still need their space!

well they have all hatched. 28 is all that hatched. I have a 12 by 3 aviary I am keeping 12 (4 trios) in then the rest are going to a couple other friends with aviarys.
They are great 'bottom feeders' lol.

I'm used to hatching chickens and recently hatched some buttons - they are feisty little things aren't they? Chickens take ages to pip and then zip and hatch... buttons take no time at all, they just all 'pop' out... and they zip around in the brooder so quickly too - mine are just a few days old and they are zippy little things. I love them!

Mine look like your last chick - the wild type - the dad had a bluey chest with a white bib and the mom had brown coloring with speckles.
