Button quail keeps falling in its back

I just hatched incubated 24 button quail eggs and 8 hatched today and the last one can’t stand up straight for more than a couple seconds until it flips over on its back. Can anyone help me?

I'm not an expert for quail, not even for ducks, but there is this video

where one out of three ducklings hatches with a non functioning balance. It is fixated for one full night, using a sock and fortunately recovers, see at minute 7 in the video. Maybe that helps you little guy too?
