Button quail, living in misson b.c canada

Hello, i recently got 2 button quail a male and female and they are almost old enough to be outside, and plan out putting them outside in an enclosure but I've been told that they don't need a heat lamp outside in my area but I was also told they do need one. I cant find anything online for what I should do because some people live in warmer areas so since I live in Canada, mission B.C I don't know whats the best action to take.
Id appreciate any help

I live in the fraser valley and usually my coturnix quail can go outside by about 5 weeks old. I'm not sure if it's different for buttons.

Coturnix quail are quite hardy and would be fine in your area. Button quail are from southeast Asia, where it is much warmer, so they would need heat. I think the person who told you they don't might have been thinking of coturnix quail.

Highs range from 69.7°F (20.9°C) and 49.5°F (9.7°C) with warmer temperatures in the later months, In the actual summer though I am not too sure
