It is day 17 and two days ago I put wet washrags in my incubator and refilled the water reserves to raise the humidity for lockdown.
I had 36 eggs originally, but only 22 have made it to this day.
My coturnix hatched exactly on day 18.. so when will my buttons hatch? They have been at a steady temperature of 96-100, and I swear I hear little cheeps, but I could be just paranoid XD
Any ideas of when they will hatch? I candled two days ago before lockdown and they were all black on the inside and the air bubbles were big ^^
I will update the thread everyday! So keep checking back!
Oh, and we have made a deal with the local family-owned pet store that they can have some of the buttons when they are grown because 22 is WAY to many for me. The rest I will be giving away or keeping. Just send me a PM if you want a couple and live in my area ^^
I am hoping for a darth vader and a silver or slate, and some tuxedo's, which are the colors I will be keeping.
