Button quail not hatched day 18

Hello so i’ve been incubating 9 eggs and i believe 7 developed, on day 16 three hatched now it is day 18 and nothing is happening with the other eggs
i was wondering if anybody would know what to do or if this is normal

that’s okay it’s not your fault!! i cracked them open and it turns out there were two embryos that only made it to around 6 days
