Be careful with UVB lights. They work great, but don't go above a 2.0. Birds eyes are much more sensitive than reptiles, and a 5.0 or 10.0 can cause eye problems. Honestly, I just use fluorescent lights, not UVB. Once a week I suppliment with reptile calcium with D3.Some LED lights are full spectrum, but they would be marked as such. I just hung a reptile uvb/uva full spectrum fluorescent over my quail who haven't been laying. I'll report back if they start back up.
