Button Quail Survival

Newbie at raising button quail. Have 2 males and 4 females the eggs hatch but chicks don't survive more than a day. Sharing Large aviary with 30 keets. Any advise on how to correct this?

Do you grind their food keep them warm and you are housing them with keet?

Do they have a heat lamp that sufficiently warms them? I'd use a brooder until they're about 3 weeks or so before putting them into the aviary if you don't already...
