Leave them until they all hatch so you don't shrink wrap them, then get them food and water as soon as you can because they can't wait as long as a chicken for food and water after they hatch.
 
Make sure they can't drown. Put marbles in the waterer and have the brooder ready. Then set back and have fun.

You should have had some hot water or a cloth soaked in hot water to put in the incubator, if you leave quail chicks in the incubator for an extended period (more than 24 hours) they will starve.
