Button Quails Hatching at the End of Day 17

Two of my 12 button quail eggs have hatched this morning. I am in the first hour of day 18 and this is my very first hatch. Do I leave the newly hatched inside of the incubator until I give up on unhatched eggs? How long should I wait? Thanks!

I hope you've pulled him out by now. They can't go too long without water, especially buttons because they're so tiny. I hope the rest are hatching for you now. I've got four incubating now but not high hopes on them since I can see the coturnix developing and not these guys!
