Button quails normally hit maturity around 7 to 9 weeks old

all of mine started laying and crowing around 8 1/2 weeks old but there have been people that have had them laying at 6 weeks and sometimes at 9 weeks of age so it's right around that area

I am checking my first batch of button eggs now(to see if they hatch). Should pip around the 23rd. I only get 3-4 a day. I am shipping some to a friend in western ks to see if I can package them correctly and then I should have some for sale. Small amounts though.

Hatching is 16 days, 6-8 weeks for maturity.

Can't wait to see if mine hatch!
