Nevermind, I got a new one! It's really meant for a freezer but the low/high temps are an accepted range and there is even a probe that is in a bottle of glycol that I can put into my turner. That **should** give me an idea of the temp inside the eggs.

I will be using a probe Hydrometer and Thermometer for reptiles.. They seem much more accurate to me..

I use an Acurite with the probe in a water wiggler. $12 at Walmart.

Do you still have your Brinsea spot check? I find it to be very accurite but also very sensative and it it forever finding the cold spots. Having said that. I have two long scientific thermometers in there just to verify. If you do the water wiggled thing it is much less variable and much more reassuring since the water (egg) temp doesn't waver like air temp does.
