Buying an incubator in the next couple days, question about this model

This is the HovaBator Genesis 1588 and I've posted about it before and gotten good reports from you all. I do want to hatch quail some day so I was going to add the quail rails for an extra ten dollars, but then it asks about an internal power converter. How important is it? Should I get it just to be safe? I'm not the wealthiest man in the world so I'd like to avoid addons that aren't necessary.

I believe that is an international power converter. If you are using it in the U.S. it won't be necessary.
