Buying Pullet silkies?

saw an ad on craigslist for silkies, she slaimed all buffs are girls and whites are 1 girl and 2 roo's i need to make sure i'm buying what im asking for so... any guesses? is she right?

also have some chicks around the same age, bout 10 weeks the chicks listed above are 10 weeks, should i introduce them slow or see how things go? because i also keep my mallard with the chickens (she hangs out with them instead of my other ducks i dont know why..)
