BYC Buddies FitBit Group

I almost got a sub at Subway since they’re open again (haven’t been in forever) but I didn’t. :lau :th instead I got a bunch of those little snack pack type things LOL Got a few different kinds. Some with just veggies, some with fruit and cheese, some with a little teeny bit of dark chocolate (couldn’t resist 😁), one even has a little turkey stick LOL idk if I’ll eat it. It’s like jerky maybe? 🤮and none with nuts cause 🤮 but also cause most of those ones had flavored craisins? Which is just weird to me. Why not just have the actual fruit instead of flavoring a different fruit to taste like it :hu anyway, hopefully it will be filling enough 😂 I’ll probably save most of them. Also got some peanut butter to dip the veggies in hahah a little bit of a weird meal but I figured better than a bunch of bread at Subway, even if I got veggies on it. :confused:

So, no 9 grain wheat, with pepperoni, ham, shredded steak,Provelone cheese, tomato, spinach, peppers, and onion. 12 inch sandwich ? Why the heck not? :confused:

I ate a few of those things and they were very good and a decent amount of food yet my body is protesting and still saying it’s very hungry/grumbling and that I haven’t fed it yet even though I just did. 🙄🙄🙄🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

Veggies fill me up. But veggies only not the crazy dressings and stuff. I need to buy veggies and start snacking on that

That sounds delicious!! I was going to get tuna with veggies. I just figured all the bread and salt wasn’t healthy but idk 😂🤣🤷‍♀️

Maybe I didn’t eat enough of them? Idk. I think I’m just used to ginormous meals and/or lots of sugar. :hide

Listen to your body. It knows what it needs. Except sugar that overrides messages. Too tired to think of a funny thing for that. Sorry 🤣
