This would be the only reason I wish Id bought an apple watch, so I can go their store and maybe have it fixed, or at least have someone to talk to about it. I just cant justify the cost of one of those though.

Can you contact Fitbit to see if it's still under warranty?
If it's been less than a year (I think) they will replace it.

It lived a good life. That's a long time for a Fitbit.
