I am gonna try to see how many steps I take on a regular basis without changing my routine. I have a feeling it’s gonna be pretty sad. But then Sunday imma try my best to start and keep my workout routine.
 
We figured we would just go ahead and process them at 3 lbs knowing they’d be 1 lb after. Saw no use in feeding them for 2 more weeks just to get a tiny bit more meat.

So how come when I go to my Fitbit app it will show x amount of calories. Is that what I’ve burned by just being me? because I haven’t logged anything in and don’t have a Fitbit synced yet.
Yes,that's your base metabolic rate, calculated from the info you've (I assume) entered in the app.

Good idea!! I went crazy and went on a huge walk today and kept trying to add more steps 😂🤣🙈

It’s gonna be hard not to try to keep walking and moving just because A. It felt good and I enjoyed it once I did it so now want to keep going and B. My step count is damn embarrassing compared to everybody else. 😂🤣😂🙈

I think in the beginning you should only try to double your normal stepage.
Don't overdo it Kdog style.

I do think that will be one motivating factor. To at least be tied with the second to last person. I ate some carrots and ranch (I know the ranch cancels out the healthy aspect of eating carrots). Good thing I ate carrots because I like them and not because they’re “healthy”

Maybe more like a Great Pyrenees than a Border Collie.... I lean more towards sleeping. 😂🤣

Or a Lab. They’re loyal.

I tried to beat everyone at first but then I gave up 😂🤣🙈
