Most on there are getting like 15-20 thousand :th

I usually get like 1-2 or sometimes 3 thousand :hide

Or sometimes under 1000 :hide

But I’ve been trying to move more the last few days and I feel much better haha

Well my states Fitbit goal is 8000 steps per day. I have some foot/ankle problems that flare up if I push it too much, but I also get very stiff if I don’t get some steps in. I won’t be blasting by anyone here!

I honestly never thought I would walk this much ever and I’m probably going to regret way overdoing it, I’m seriously coming from like just a few thousand a day (although my phone has been a few thousand behind the Fitbit every day so I may walk more than it’s been saying), but I’m apparently competitive/also embarrassed it was so low so have been trying to catch up 😂🤣 it’s IMPOSSIBLE but it’s motivated me to walk a lot more because of it. My goal is 10,000 but I’ve shattered it 😂🤣 today I’m was also dog sitting though and went on two walks so it’s higher.

If you join in time for this week’s challenge you’ll beat me by a long run. I’m still at 0 steps because my fitbit will get here Friday

It's about feeling good, not wrecking your joints. Good for you staying active against all odds! :thumbsup
