Thank you so much!!!Kelsey, I'm so proud of you! This can change your life. Keep it up.

Me too!!! I just hope I can keep it up long termI'm so glad she finally got up and started moving.
Please don't push it too much Kdog.
I do not want you to quit.

I think I will though because I like how I feel much better haha
I’ve had like no pain or aches (usually my neck/shoulders, back, or joints will hurt), no headaches (I usually get them in the mornings or afternoon after doing too much much), no nothing. And I’ve been actually sleeping too because I’m tired enough now. And therefore getting up earlier. Plus, oddly, I’ve been wanting to eat healthier too for some reason. Maybe because I have the energy now to actually cook and stuff? Because I am MUCH more energized and motivated now too.
And, most importantly, I’ve been soooooooo calm too. It’s so weird. It’s funny because I‘be always known dogs are much calmer when they get exercise but never thought of applying it to people.

I’ve got no stress, anxiety, or depression or anything anymore. Or at least it’s waaaaayyyyy lower. Granted, I haven’t really had the depression bit the last couple weeks anyway but still. For a while I did and I guarantee walking would have helped.
As for overdoing it, I had the dog today which is why so walked so much because we went on two super long walks but I’m thinking tomorrow will be a rest day. Today is the first day my shins really hurt
