I’m at 3,711 Steps and 35 Active Mins.

I did 2k steps per hour yesterday. Today I’m only averaging 1k per hour which means imma need to walk more hours. Imma see if I can up my walking per hour.

I don’t know what I’m at today cause my Fitbit died last night

Probably not much though. But I am charging it so I should be able to start stepping very soon.

It actually says I only got two hours of sleep last night because it died in the middle of the night

I have my alarms set to go outside every hour on the hour and walk 10-20 mins at a time.

I had it set for a while too but one: it became annoying and two: sometimes I wouldn’t feel the vibration. So I removed it and set my own alarms.

Also... I don’t use a bowl just eat straight from the pint

I only use a bowl when I’m eating from a bigger container

Oh the wisdom!! I am clearly inexperienced.

Okay I got to 5k steps and 50 active mins.
It’s hard walking for more than 10 mins with kids trying to get into things they’re not supposed to.

They finally have the courage to enter the chicken pens. Thankfully our roosters are nice but I still don’t trust them.
