I never let a mean rooster (3 out of ... probably forty) attack a second time. One was processed just because I didn’t trust him. He didn’t do anything, but he was too leery of me, and I became leery of him.

It was our first ever and I didn’t realize how easy it was to get another rooster. Especially with people giving them away. But yeah, if we ever have another that attacks, he definitely won’t do it a second time.

Thankfully right now the ones we have are sweeties.

I remove my Fitbit to sleep. And I can fit 2 fingers between the band and my wrist. I don’t like wearing it tightly.

Our first rooster was a meanie so we didn’t leave them alone with the chickens ever. But if we had had these roosters first then I probably would have been fine. I’m just scarred from how mean our first one was. He drew blood from all of us at different times. My husband, me, and my two kids and even my MIL. Needless to say, he’s not with us.
I sometimes wear it to bed and sometimes don’t. I’ve been wearing it to bed more often lately though because it doesn’t do the new oxygen thing unless you wear it to bed. And also keeps better track of the heart status when you wear it to bed.

And oh gosh!!! 😱😱😱

I hit my 10k step goal.

Let’s try it again tomorrow!!

I had it set for a while too but one: it became annoying and two: sometimes I wouldn’t feel the vibration. So I removed it and set my own alarms.
I think my dang Fitbit is giving me a rash 😂🙄
What kind do you have?
How often do you wash it?
How tight do you wear it?
Last one, have you used a toothpick to scrape out the gunk on the actual fitbit part by the sensors?
I was having all kinds of issues including a weird smell on my fabric band. I also ended up with a red spot that was a different texture from the skin around it. I stopped wearing it for a couple of days so my wrist could heal. That’s when I took a really close look at the device. It looked okay but when I ran the toothpick over it, 🤢 I haven't had that same issue since.

Lol! I forgot Hysop’s reply!
I think I may have gotten used to it. I probably should set up alarms also. Good idea. 😻

I have the charge 3. I still get the notifications, it’s just either annoying or I’m so busy that I don’t notice them, but I have since turned it off.

But I will be looking into cleaning it. Never thought to clean it that in detail. I don’t have a fabric band. It’s a plastic-y one. But mine doesn’t give me rashes (yet).

I have the same one 😻. I thought it was the band at first because its new from amazon to replace my strangely stinky fabric one I love. I was happy to discover that this time it was just gross dirt.

Versa Lite I think and I never wash it. :hide I have wiped it down with water occasionally but I don’t think that helps LOL it’s the plastic one that came with it. And way too tight probably. I haven’t worn it in a couple months till this week and it doesn’t really fit anymore 😂🤣 need to loosen it or try the other band hahah
