Hi, I'm new to BYC but I have a FitBit that I try to use to push me daily. How do I join the FitBit group? I can't seem to find it on my phone app. Not a major steps queen but I try to do what I can.

I used the informative icon because it’s a good thing to remember. And it is very surprising!!

So is that dust or dead skin or what?

I’m only at 3k steps so far. Imma need to walk for an hour straight when I get back home.

Oh I hand feed the hen that is at the bottom of the pecking order. Hopefully she’ll learn not to run away when I try to pick her up to feed her.

Dead skin cells, soap and lotion residue, lint. Yup, dust.

She’ll be your shadow pretty soon, hopefully

Toothpicks. Dig it out. I know, but its the only way unless you have a very stiff brush, NOT wire of course

Electrical cleaner? Dont know what that is. I usually end up with the stuff flying everywhere when I use a toothbrush

I wondered where you’d been!
I think my seeds are duds I dont have a single sprout. How long do seeds usually last?

Do you know how to search for someone based on their location? I’m trying to find the person from Thessaloniki that keeps quail.

I’m not sure! Maybe both!? I think some of mine is chicken dander too from wearing it tending to them and maybe sweat!? Who knows! LOL
