I do have a knack for fun shoes. I wear mostly black or solid colors so often the most coloful thing in my outfit are my shoes. However I do spend a small fortune in underthings as well (it has it's own column in the budget).

Like finding cute size 5 shoes, finding underthings in a normal store doesn't work (unusual size), so I order a big box of lace frillies once a year.
