Hey, ya'll, guess what? IT'S SNOWING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes, it's only accumulated 1/2 inch, and is only flurrying now, but

!!!! And I just got the automated call that told me our optional workday tomorrow is on a 2-hour delay!!

In the south, when they start calling for snow, EVERYONE heads to the grocery store for milk & bread. Not real sure why, but you never know when you will run completely out of bread and you just might starve without three extra loaves in the house.

The funny thing is that although I'm near the mountains & SE is closer to the coast, she's forecasted to get 8 inches tonight. We're only supposed to get 1-3. But who cares? It's SNOW!!! I just hope we get enough for some snow-cream tomorrow. Yummy!

LC, you are definitely not a well person, you'd better see a Dr. quickly to overcome this insane desire for the falling white stuff!

I only want snow at Christmas, after that it can stay on the mountain peaks and look pretty from afar.

Just popping in to say hello. I have not been on much because my father was in an accident at work and fell off a ladder. He collapsed a lung, broke 3 ribs, and seperated his shoulder (rotator cuff). He has been in the hospital almost a week. His chest tube just came out yesterday.
I hope to come on later and catch up on everyone posts. Have a good day.
LC, enjoy the snow. Its neat when you rarely get any.

E-mail PM STOP THE PRESSES!!!! SNOW IN FAYETTEVILLE, NC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I know you Northern states get snow all the time but dang we NEVER do!!!!! WHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO HOOOOOOOO!!!! I hope it snows a foot deep!!! My chickens are going to absolutely freak out!!!! There WILL be pictures when the sun comes up..if it doesn't all melt that is, lol!!!
