See the placement and size of the muzzle on the head? That's what you should shoot for. Here's a tip--draw the nose on the head first, and when you have finished that, draw a line from the bottom of the nose to the center of the wolf's head, and place the bottom of the eye right on top of that line. Referencing Lion King eyes may help during this process.
