I've been working on this drawing of David Tennant for a little bit... Does it look ok so far?

Finalized color version of one of my illustrations.. I might fix it a little more, but color is a newer concept to me. Opinions? I did this all digitally.. took forever on the eyes. The hair is the hardest!

ERMIGERD! What program did you use? I just cannot figure out how to work the Adobe Photoshop. So far I understand crop, blur, erasa, and paint... -_- And I'm like deeeeeerrrrrrp! with the rest of it! XD
