Another good one is the signature... How cool is it that we can have a whole but of text, links and an option to add three photo albums!

I like the "new unread posts" thingy that pops up while you're reading or typing a response. You can click on that when it pops up and see what post was added while you weren't looking. I've deleted many drafts when I'm working on an answer and someone else beats me to it with a better answer!

BUT - you have to remember to click on the doggone thing! Sometimes I don't notice it, finish and submit my post, then see what was posted while I typed. <sigh>

Howdy …. regarding the ‘new unread posts’ thingy just sharing and you may already do this but I have a Word document open, type in my response, copy and paste into BYC.

I have the luxury of two screens, BYC on one, Word on the other; scroll through and type as I go.

I find that allows you to read any new posts and incorporate them into your response if need be.

Also, I definitely find it easier when replying in a social or busy thread, replying to multiple people etc.

Be a good way to avoid the dreaded "worked for an hour on a good post and then lost it" syndrome, too, Teila! Good idea!

In addition to the ones mentioned, I like the little green go back arrow so you can get back to the original post that is quoted. It's really helpful if you've got pages to read, and want to quote and comment without losing your place.
