I haven't been online in a few days but all of you have been on my mind and in my prayers. I just wanted to check in on all of the wonderful BYC folks far and wide and make sure everyone is OK. These storms have really slammed some areas and I have just been concerned about all of you and hope you have electricity, water, plenty of food, etc. Please take care, take it easy and stay warm.

For myself here in Virginia, I have grown a third appendage.......a snow shovel.......no sooner do I get a small path dug to the chicken coops than the two dogs go out and poop right in the middle of my path........

LOL ! I just posted a post saying my kids are angry because they havnt had a snow day because of buses being cancelled......do you want two kids ...ones a teenager he'll help shovel after he wakes up at noon ....

We are in the beginning stage of the second storm. They are saying another 8-10 in. by tomorrow evening, along with strong winds again. I just want SPRING!!!

We just get so much cold and raining weather here. Bunnies aren't happy and loosing so many babies and chickens and Momma Hen (me) just tired of it!

Only the white chinese and brown chinese geese and the ducks are happy!
