Sally seems to be famous for those "sic em " PM's. Many an evening she would turn from the computer, with a BIG grin, and say "got another one". As I said earlier, her birds were her birds, not her "babies' (her quote !). But it tore her apart to lose any of them for any reason. A few years back, she forgot to close the door on one of the coops at night. I got a call at work the next morning after she went out and discovered that something went into the coop and slaughtered most of her birds in that coop. I had to leave early to come home and bury dead. It upset her greatly. But it was also the last time any of the coops were left open. She knew it was her fault, cussed the (we thought) fox, but never again forgot to lock the coops at night. I realize this is not an uplifting post, but to me it says a lot about Sally's character. She could (and would ) get knocked down, but she refused to stay down. Up on her feet, ready for round two. And pity the fool who stood in her way!
