Well I got mine today so I can tell you what was in it. It was from Rebecca in Wasilla, AK, funny thing is my sister, Rebecca just moved back to WA from Wasilla. In the box there was the MYB and an Ulu, which is a very useful chopping knife.
Also an Alaska clip, hand towel, playing cards, tea, moose antler buttons, moose "nugget" neckless, thimble, pin and a pretty stitch marker that isn't pictured because my son thought it was pretty and spirited it off somewhere. The pin is hilarious, it says "Alaska state bird" and has a picture of a mosquito, the playing cards are also funny, boldly asking "got crabs?". The yarn is a lovely soft angora blend in "Passion Fruit"
Thanks Rebecca! (AK_buttonmama)
In mine I included some magnets, tea, and some handmade items; travel hook holder, pocket tissue case and some other things I will leave as a surprise.
Tea seems to be a popular item so far. Other small items you could make that i have thought of since then: small pin cushion, pouch, cute stuffed animal (could be knit or crocheted), jewelry (if you bead or such), stitch markers, homemade knitting needles, coffee cup sleeve, knit/crochet accessories, scarf pin...
