Nice to know more about you @Ladies-Eight , Karen. That's a long time to be married. We are looking at 37 this year. Glad your husband is hanging in there. I'm also glad you have chickens. They can add so much brightness to a day. I've always loved dachshund, and we had a mini years ago. They are funny loving dogs.

I look forward to seeing my chickens every day.

Dachshunds are very loving, funny, and loyal to their owners.

Great interview @Ladies-Eight very nice to get to know you better. Barred Rocks are a fun breed to keep, pretty too! Thanks for sharing!

Two of my Barred Rocks look like they have been in a fight with a wild animal.

They are molting big time.

At this point none of my chickens are laying (that is 5 Barred Rocks and 2 RIRs).
