Everyone should get to know @NorthFLChick as she is a true gem in this community! She always has kind words to offer and sage advice on matters chicken and otherwise! What a lovely interview and it is so nice to get to know a little more about someone I've come to admire!

Debby, I've been to the Gatorland Zoo. About 30 years ago... there abouts! If I remember correctly, there's one place where a bunch of board walks come together, and right in the middle is a VERY REAL looking VERY HUGE gator with mouth agape. That one snuck up on me and scared me right out of my sandals! Wonderful interview. I am envious of any one who has been able to retire to the kind of life I envision for myself.
 
Hi @lazy gardener ! That picture from a trip right after we got married. My 1st trip to Gatorland, 1st time at Disney, and a bunch of other places; we had so much fun playing tourists in our own state. Now that we have animals, it's not easy to get away but we do enjoy having them so much. I've seen pictures of your place...now there's a place it would be fun to vacation at, you have done such a lovely job making your home beautiful.
