I enjoyed reading your story. Looks like you have a great place for chickens and a beautiful flock. Thanks for sharing!

Maybe with time, your mom will relax a bit around the chickens. Who knows, she could end up sitting in a lawn chair in the middle of the flock with a hen on her lap??? Wouldn't that make a great photo?
