Unfortunately I lost one of my cockerels last month to a hawk. It was my favorite too I had just named him and bragged on how much I liked him!!

The barred gang is all doing well!! Of the 19 hatched I chose to keep 15. 2 males and 13 females

I'm glad most of them are okay and doing well. But whatttt?! You got 13 females out of 19 chicks? My flabbers are gasted, lol.

We had named him Draco! I like to think he was trying to do his job and protect and everyone else was safe thanks to him. He was a good boy!
Yes!!! I mean we don’t have anyone laying yet so I guess there’s still that tiny chance we’re wrong and I have a late bloomer but I’m pretty positive.
