Yeah. Mine has it, but It didn't come with a battery (shh I was too lazy to go out and buy a battery and Install that). I'm just winging it without any protection against power outages lol.

I'm zone 4, so I have to skip joining. The hen I was gonna use to hatch would have kept them warm enough. It's the fact that I have probably too many to hatch anymore,,,,, for the moment. Good luck to you. I did get a batch of chicks a few years back in mid October and they did okay here. I just ran the heat lamp a bit longer an I normally would have.

of course the day you set them we had a cold front last week but it seems like we’re warming back up this week hopefully you have the same luck! Lol

I had some major issues with my Incubator not heating up correctly if I take it out of the foam box like I did on my previous hatch, so I had to put the Styrofoam back on it. It's still settling in abd heating up, so Im gonna wait till later to open it and see. I wish the incubator would display what time they're going to turn the eggs.

I Looked at the eggs. They look fine to me so far, not sure if the incubator turned them yet though.

This happened to me last year. I ordered hatching egg then we had a freak snow storm that held them up for a week. We rarely get snow.

That's exactly my mindset lol. If Bippy lays an egg tomorrow I'll set it. I don't have a single one that's hers because she went broody.
