I talk to myself often, or sometimes talk to others (who aren't there),turns out that is called ruminating and the social worker told me a lot of people do that. Like practicing a speech or response in front of the mirror.

I talk to: myself, animals, objects. Sometimes I yell at them (like self-checkout machines). Often, talking about something to yourself can help sort out a problem. I think people just assume I'm on my phone, though.
