It's used for telling if a doe is in heat. I rub a rag soaked in buck pee on her, if she resists she's not in heat, if she stands there loving the rub down I know she's having a silent heat.
I keep pee rags in a yogurt container, that stuff is RIPE! Bucks are covered in pee so I don't have to do anything but rub a rag all over his head to collect it.
