I found out zucchuni is best grilled and sprinkled with Tony's seasoning.

I’m sure Mr. Tony makes an excellent seasoning! And maaaaybe I might try that once (if the kids were watching since my daughter inherited my mom’s smug gene).

Or grated, parboiled, drained and BAKED IN A PIE! Seriously, tastes just like pumpkin and is a great place to hide all those zukes. And get your kids to eat them.
