Well if we are gonna argue about this… life is most definitely NOT GOOD ANYWHERE NEAR those towns. They are way too populated and as you said WET. Let me be very clear, I HATE wet and most people. Soooooo yeah you’ll never see me living anywhere near those. I would take the El Paso area over that any day.

Well, 2 words: water intrusion. Basements are possible but extra care and expense will be needed to deal with water intrusion.

Uh… my basement floods every time it rains. I also hose it down every time the chickens break in and poop everywhere. No biggie. Water gets him by design through the weep holes anyways.
