I get up at 4:00-4:30 for work, I creep around the house. Naturally, I go to bed early and my family seems to get great pleasure with slamming every door in the house.

Our grandson leaves for work at 5 a.m. He would go through the house stomping around in his work boots like his grandpa wasn't still trying to sleep in till 6 a.m in the basement till I hollered at him for it.

When my granddaughter, then age 10, came to live with us, she would not eat avocado but she loved guac. I had to make guac in front of her using an avocado before she believed they were one and the same.
