Solved BYH referral problems

I figured I would post this here on BYC for @Nifty-Chicken so if any other of my chicken comrades have experienced this when referral to join our sister site BYH is suggested to BYC members whom are requesting help or suggestions on the subject of goats, pigs etc.
I try to help to the extent of my knowledge and also try to exploit the wealth of knowledge and info over at our sister site.
But in as recent as the last 7 days or so I have suggested to 3 separate BYC members to join me over at BYH only to keep receiving a reply stating they are having trouble creating an account.
This is the latest one just a few mins ago.

I do realize that there are knowledgeable people here on backyard chickens, but I also feel that there are a ton of other wonderful members with knowledge and experience over at BYH that are willing to help too. On top of trying to promote our sister site to help it Thrive as much as this site does. However it feels that I am failing as far as trying to promote the other site if members continue to tell me that they are having problems signing up.
Once again I chose this website to post the trouble report, to see if any other backyard chicken people are having problems promoting our sister site.
Also, I have spoke of this issue to @Latestarter a few days ago. So if this issue has already been reported, I apologize for the repetition.

@BYC Support and perhaps @sumi can direct the issue to whomever needs to work on it to get it fixed. I personally have no ability to deal with or attempt correction of the problem/issue. Thanks for posting this here Connie.

Farmer Connie, in the meantime, can you ask the members having problems email us at [email protected] with some details of the issues/problems they are having, please?

I will start cut and pasting so it will be in their words and PM you & Rob with the details.
I'm trying to increase the traffic and popularity of the Herd site. It has been so beneficial to me and some of the members I associate with are awesome peeps.
In the spring I'll be pushing TEG as well. I met some great peeps there as well.

Thanks for the discussion, the details, and the desire to spread the word / help with our sister-site www.BackYardHerds.com !

We haven't seen any changes in the daily registrations for the site, so we know it's not a site-wide issue for all people trying to register.

That being the case, we'd like to request as much detail as possible on the steps taken during registration, any error messages, and either a screenshot or a copy/paste of the error messages.

Basically, we need to be able to duplicate the problem in order to find the bug and fix it.
