As posted in numerous other places on this site. I hung a cabbage in the run, to give the girls something extra to do. The 11 of them demolished it down to the core in less than 24 hours.

Now the question has come up if they eat a lot of cabbage will this affect the flavor of th eggs.

Sorry if this is a noob question, but if I don't ask it here who else would know?

Thanx,

David

I have heard that the flavor of cabbage and garlic can affect the eggs. I don't know if it's true. But hopefully others will answer your post too.

I wouldn' think berries would chane the flavor of the eggs. The only thing I have read that will change the egg flavor is fish or seafood.

They don't change the flavor of the eggs, but they make for some interesting poop. I gave blueberries the other day and all of them had dark blue poop. (Hope that doesn't stain the wood.
