cage to keep newborn quail in

Im new to rasing chicks, I have two quail eggs right now. once they hatch and are dry I was going tomove them into another cage. Should I move them into an open guinea pig like cage with a light or a encloused carboard cage or somewhere inbetween? If the encloused cage when can I move then into a conpletely open cage? They are going to be indoor quails if that makes a difference. Also any suggestions about chick feed? I have somewhat of an idea but id like to see what u guys say.
