cal quiel died

have about 100 quiel coindex n babies there all doing great ,last Thursday had 12 California quiel n past 2 day they all died I did the same as others and cornex
are doing great same age ,can someone tell what could of happen to the California quiel ?like to no if I did something wrong in case I want to try it agene ,thank you​

I’m not very much help in this area unfortunately. Maybe they were just weak ones?

I treated them the same as my other quiel heat ,food ,water , that's why I was wondering if Cal quiel need to be taking care of differ then others

Could you give some details of how you were brooding them (what type of brooder, any heat source, what feed, etc) and any signs of illness they showed before dying? How old were they, and were they hatched in an incubator?

yes in incubator ,I give the game starter food bottled water ,no signs of illness at all they were jumping running doing great for 3-4 days old then out of the blue started dying I checked heat was 97 deg so I took it to 95 they still died they were eating good n drinking water they would shut down fast like all sudden just stop get in corner spred out wings little and in 1/2 hr. he would b dead they had plenty
room was like 4 feet by 2 feet tote had regular quiel same day same everything n there doing great ..

I wonder if they got too overheated. I would make sure that in the next hatch, make sure they have a large brooder, with heat on one side between 90-95 degrees F with a thermometer, and a much cooler area they can get to.
