Good day! I have a hen that always has calcium bumps on her eggs (1 year old Creme Legbar). I’ve noticed recently that when I crack open an egg there will be the bumps inside too mixed with the whites. Is this normal? Something I should do to help her? I just pick out the bumps (I think it’s not harmful). Thanks in advance.

Sometimes you will find access calcium build-up on your eggs. That is normal. Great news is your layers are eating plenty of oyster shell! ;)

I actually don’t give them anything extra. Just Dumor Layers Feed and free roam of my back yard. And of course some fruits or veggies here and there.

Might just be that birds way of processing calcium.
Would be hard to reduce calcium intake, which might help.

Wonder if she'eating some plant that's high in calcium.
Could keep them confined for a week or so and see if there's any change.
