Hi y'all. So, I have talked about this chicken before. Her name is Hope and as a day old chick, her mother abandoned her and the rest of the flock was trying to peck her to death. Now she is doing much better and almost full grown, but has another problem. My dad, trying to be helpful, clipped her and her friends' wings so they would stop flying out of their area. But now I have noticed that a lot of the feathers on her back haven't grown back, and now there's a bald spot where the tip of her wings used to be. I'm worried about her since it gets below freezing a lot of the nights here, during this time of year and now part of here back's exposed, and she doesn't have feathers, other than her wings, on her back. I'm worried that she's going to get too cold or frostbite or something. What do I do? Thanks in advance for everyone's help, and I will post pictures tomorrow, when it's not so dark.
