:welcome ! Nice to meet you! Personally, I'd separate her with one other hen at a time and see who gets along and who doesn't. There is usually an instigator, find out who that is, separate them, and see if the other ladies all get along. If so, rehome the troublemaker. Always solve problems for peace within the flock!

I'm sorry to hear of your losses. If you are unable to fix the coops, runs, and pens, to prevent predators, I'd look in your state group here to see if you might have a neighbor. If you can do some things after work yourself, we have a forum that could give you pointers if you'd post pictures and ask for suggestions. 1/2" hardware cloth is all most use on pens and openings, as only a bear can get through that.
